The gite is let on a weekly basis only, running from Saturday to Saturday.

Rent is payable by cheque in euros or sterling (if sterling the rate of exchange on the date of the cheque is taken).

There is a deposit of 25% on making the booking; the balance should be paid before or on the first day of the stay.

Water and electricity are included.
